4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days, plus shipping time. For custom orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for production.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we ship within the U.S. only, but we are working on expanding internationally soon! Stay tuned.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Yes! We offer custom bracelets with up to 15 letters. Turnaround time for custom orders is 2 weeks.
9. Can I gift a subscription or bracelet?
Absolutely! Our bracelets make the perfect gift. Just enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
10. What is your return policy?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our bracelets, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
11. My bracelet broke—can it be replaced?
We stand by the quality of our bracelets! If your bracelet arrives damaged or breaks within 30 days of purchase, please reach out to us for a replacement.
